Join The Grind Academy for strength and conditioning

Kong Fitness features training programs for athletes called The Grind Academy. These training sessions include specific programming to focus on strength, conditioning and athleticism. If you want to participate in athletics in college or excel in any athletic endeavor, start grinding now with Kong Fitness.

Athletes at the high school and collegiate level are welcome to join. We focus on smaller groups to get specific training. They include two set sessions with four athletes per session. Expect training sessions with challenging circuits to help you achieve your goals. The two training options include:

  • Three sessions per week for six weeks: $185
  • Two sessions per week for six weeks: $150


All personal training and sport-specific packages come with free diet plans and advice, as well as a gym membership.
