Take Charge of Your Training Routine This Summer

Join a summer athlete program at Kong Fitness

Kong Fitness offers summer athlete programs for collegiate and high school athletes. Summer sessions will be run by Brian Wagstaff or Tyler Hartman, a Kong Fitness newcomer. Many spots are expected to fill up right away, and we hope to add 10+ athletes to the mix. Here are our upcoming program dates:

  • Collegiate athlete program: June 12th – August 18th
  • High school athlete program: June 19th – August 18th


The environment at Kong Fitness is different from your average training program. As a young athlete, you won’t be thrown into a large group of other kids that you may not mesh with. Instead, you’ll receive specific instruction within a small group of athletes with similar skills and progress throughout the summer together.

Our prices are as follows:

  • Collegiate: $415 ($13 per session)
  • High school: $365 ($13 per session)


Team and teammate discounts are available upon request. Prices will not change based on how many sessions you attend. Call now to sign up for a summer athlete program at Kong Fitness.

Summer athlete program time slots

Weekend time slots will be made available for makeup sessions and extra credit. Sessions will be timed according to your needs. Our specific time slots for each week are:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday:

  • 6:30 – 7:45 a.m.
  • 7:30 – 8:45 a.m.
  • 9:00 – 10:15 a.m.
  • 6:30 – 7:45 p.m.
  • 8:00 – 9:15 p.m.


Tuesday/Thursday:

  • 7:00 – 8:15 a.m.
  • 8:30 – 9:45 a.m.
  • 6:30 – 7:45 p.m.
  • 8:00 – 9:15 p.m.
